As per your mentioned description, please double verify that whether you've been assigned with the Compliance Administrator or Organization Management roles: Go to Exchange Admin Eye > permissions > admin roles.

If the issue persists, I'd like to collect some detailed information as below for farther investigation:

i. Does this upshot happen earlier?

2. Does any other admin in your arrangement meet this issue?

3. Please provide us a screenshot of the mistake bulletin.

I'm checking on my admin role. It's happening to almost of united states of america on the team.  Perhaps express to Threat Direction>Explorer and Threat Management>Campaigns.

Its weird to me that those roles would be required, since the mistake is intermittent. I added multiple fault screen shots. Lots of api issues it seems.

Every bit per your mentioned description, tin can we re-confirm from your side that how many roles you accept assigned under Manage roles option from Admin center > Active users option?

If there are multiple options enabled under Manage roles from Admin heart, at one time we would like to suggest you lot please enable only Global Admin option and see the result upshot.

Here is the screenshot for your reference purpose:

Under Prove all by category option, please merely enable Global Admin option.
